Due to the nature and time constraints of consecutive mini sessions, arriving more than 5 mins late may cause you to forfeit your session.
The booking fee is equal to the entire session fee for mini sessions and is due at the time of booking. Please note that it is non-refundable and non-transferable. In the event of inclement weather for outside sessions, the session date will be moved and your preferred time-slot will be reserved for you. All sales are final

Also note:
Please prepare your child a few days prior to seeing Santa. Explain they are welcome to sit on Santa's lap or can stand/be held by parents! These sessions are quick but are not meant to be scary. But due to the nature of meeting a strange man in big red suit, some children may love it or be extremely nervous. I will capture exactly how they are feeling meeting the magical man in that moment--please be prepared to embrace all the emotions!!
